I decided to purchase this oven to roast chickens and make pizza. My experience with other models was not so good. I thought an oven looks so nice must be good. The oven gets hot enough to roast any thing you put in. We tried half turkey, big chunks of roast beef, chickens, pizza, etc. We got excellent results all the time. We use it at least 10 times per day. We had it for over 8 months so far. It doesn't get dirty or discolor or show sign of wear. It is a smart way to save energy.
