I researched convection toaster ovens until I was bleary eyed. This model Oster was the one I wanted, no other model. Other Oster models didn't get the excellent reviews this one had. I almost ordered a Waring. But for the price, and my getting this specific model through Amazon with the great reviews on Amazon and from other websites, I know I got more than my moneys worth. And, it fits on top my microwave exactly where I wanted to place it. I live in Costa Rica and had a friend bring it down. It is great to no longer use my large oven that heats up my tropical house that already gets plenty warm without oven use. This oven doesn't heat up the house. It makes great toast, the dinger is loud enough for my hard of hearing ears, the crumb tray that is removable is brilliant, I love the knobs instead of digital touch pad, I'm old-fashioned that way. I haven't officially checked the calibration of the heat, but suspect it may be about 10 degrees cooler than the... Cannot toast bread adequately at any setting. Had it 3 months and giving up. Ready to give it away and purchase another. Have had cuisinart toaster convection in the past and loved them.
